Rae is a domestic U.S. adoptee who was adopted from the foster care system at age three. After spending years trying to fit into an identity that wasn't her own, she began a journey of self-discovery that was deepened through reunion with her biological mother. Through her lived experience, Rae came to understand the importance of adoptee-to-adoptee connection and support. Now based in New Zealand, she provides ethical, non-clinical coaching for adoptees navigating reunion, life transitions, and personal growth. Rae is passionate about helping adoptees reclaim their voice, strengthen their sense of identity, and thrive authentically.
