Daniela's Story
Next week, I'll be presenting Daniela's story at the International Conference on Adoption Research in Portugal. I'll also be introducing a symposium about the work I've been doing in the community and the importance of sharing these stories.

Many of you in our community will remember Daniela's story, shared earlier this year as part of my An Adoption Story series. She was adopted from Romania when she was just three years old, by a couple from New Zealand.

I put this series together entirely on my own before sharing it on my YouTube channel and here on the I'm Adopted Facebook page. Always free to watch in full.
Because of my own experience as an adoptee, I created this series so that people can learn from the experiences of others, in the hope that it can help them. The feedback and support has been amazing. Thank you.
Thank you, Daniela, for sharing your story with us. Seeing the impact it has had has been incredible, and I'm honoured to have the opportunity to share it with others next week.
